Elder Felicia A. Brooks

Originally from East Orange, NJ, Elder Felicia comes from a strong lineage of women of faith.  Guided by her grandmother’s legacy, she is committed to a life of prayer and integrity.

She obtained her biblical foundation at Union Gospel Tabernacle U.H.C., Newark, NJ, where the Late Bishop Grover McCrea, Sr. was her Pastor.  She received Christ as her Savior at the early age of 13 under the ministry of Bibleway Deliverance Center, Roselle, NJ (Bishop Wayne L. Johnson, Pastor). She has studied at Southeastern University and the Worship Arts Conservatory. She served faithfully as a choir director and “devotional leader” until relocating to North Carolina in 1986.  During her time in North Carolina, she formally accepted her calling, which allowed her purpose and passion for worship to evolve through diligent study and spirit led activation.

While a member of Grace Tabernacle Christian Center in Fayetteville, NC (Rev. Tyrone Tillman, pastor), she served as a Worship Leader, Choir Directress, and Church Administrator.  It was during this time that JUDAH, was birthed. She also had the opportunity to travel and minister alongside various gospel artists and experience gospel theater productions.

During the first four foundational years of Abyssinia Christ Centered Ministries in Southfield, MI, she served as the Worship Leader under the leadership of Bishop Iona Locke.  After her career transfer and relocation, she joined Kingdom Worship Center in 2007 under Bishop Ralph L. Dennis. She was ordained an Elder in the Lord’s church and served as Worship Leader and Chief Elder of Prophetic Ministries.  Following another career promotion, she relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2016. In 2021 she joined Kayce Lewis Ministries, Inc. and continues to serve in a leadership capacity within this ministry.

Established in 1990, Judah Fellowship, Inc.began by bringing the Christian community together bi-monthly to teach fundamental truths regarding the ministry of Praise and Worship. As a non-profit, ministry-based organization, we provide guidance and mentorship to many Worship Ministers within the local church and abroad. Our vision is to define, establish, and strengthen these concepts throughout the Body of Christ and across the nations.

Elder Felicia is the founder of the F.L.O.W. Encounter—Following the Lord's Order for Worship®.  This initiative was birthed and designed as a dedicated time for Worship Ministers to be refreshed through unrestricted and uninterrupted intercession, praise, worship, and prophetic utterance.

Elder Felicia currently resides in the Atlanta, GA area and is an IT Professional for a large Chicago based firm. In addition to being a mother to her adult son and a grandmother to two granddaughters, she considers it a blessing to be called “mom” by many adult children entrusted to her by God. It is a responsibility she holds with great care and honor. She is the caregiver to her mother who is 90 years young!

Elder Felicia can be found in workshops settings stating, "We are called to live as true worshipers, regardless of the season we find ourselves in. Worship should never be a reflection of our current situation. It is not about where we are, but about who God is—and He never changes. Our worship should remain consistent with His character rather than our circumstances. In this uncertain world, I encourage you to ensure your worship mirrors His steadfast nature.”
